Its 1.10am and after tolerating the din for an hour, I picked up my phone and called the Seng Kang NPP again!
Hello~ I mean, I understand that its the New Year and everyone has their own way of celebrating it. I can understand if you want to play with firecrackers, count down from 10 to 1 super loud, shout n yell when the clock hits 12 midnite BUT to continue yahoo-ing, clapping loudly, singing, blowing whistles etc at 1.10am is way to much!!!!
