Tried this afternoon n it was success!
When I put him down for his nap, I told him "You are not wearing diaper so if you need to pee, must wake up and tell mummy ok?" While saying that I pat his bottom just to let him know tt there is no diaper.
3 hours later, he woke up from his nap n the mattress is dry :)
